30 Rock: Oprah Guest Stint a Done Deal (E! Online)

E! Online – NBC announced today that superstar TV-show host Oprah Winfrey shot her guest stint on 30 Rock this past Saturday at Silvercup Studios. As I originally reported when I broke the news that she was in talks to do the show, Oprah will be playing herself in scenes opposite Emmy nominee Tina Fey.

Stephen Colbert to Host a Very Special Christmas Special

Stephen Colbert will host a Christmas special this year on Comedy Central, the cable channel announced. “A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All!” will be shown Nov. 23 as a one-hour program and will feature musical performances by artists including John Legend, Elvis Costello, Toby Keith, Willie Nelson, Feist and Jon Stewart.

On the right of the TV are the channel numbers, which lead you to various “programs.” Basically, it succeeds in giving that pre-Internet feel to it, complete with funky grandpa music and black and white pictures.
